Operator for assembling / maintaining blanking tools
The candidate should have good experience in assembling/maintaining blanking tools

Sales assistant
The candidate will work in the sales department mostly in relationship with customers from Italy and abroad on orders management (with calls or e-mails).
Skills required:
- bachelor in Languages

- good organizing skills
- willingness and flexibility
Human Resource Administration and Management
The candidate should coordinate the procedures and activities of the human resources (white and blue collars) administration. At the beginning we offer a part-time contract with a possible future extension to a permanent contract.
Main activities:
- management of employment contracts (hiring, stoppage, etc.)
- administrative tasks of the 770 model
- certifications for the CUD model
- management and control of social security forms
- analysis and controlling of labor costs
- management of TFR (end-of-service pay-out) and individual retirement accounts
- management of job offers
- management of candidates database
Skills required
- accountancy degree
- absolute discretion and reliability
- acquired experiences in human resources management
- good knowledge of the main IT-system Office packages
- problem solving skills

Vom 24. Bis 26. April hat Growermetal die Fastener Fair in Hannover vertreten sein.
- MIDEST 2011, Paris Nord Villepinte
Vom 15. Bis 18. November 2011 hat Growermetal die Midest-Messe in Paris besucht und hat dort einen guten Erfolg verbuchen können!
- Fastener Fair Brasil 2011, San Paolo
Vom 8. bis 9. November 2011 war Growermetal auf der ersten Fastener Fair Brasil in São Paulo vertreten.
- ISO TS 16949
Das Qualitätsmanagementsystem von Growermetal erhielt kürzlich die für die Automobilindustrie bedeutende Zertifizierung nach ISO/TS 16949.
- Neue photovoltaikanlage
Im April 2011 wurde die Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach der Produktionshalle in Betrieb genommen. Diese Solarstromanlage ermöglicht es saubere Energie zu produzieren und verringert CO2-Emissionen.
- Stuttgart Fastener Fair 2011
Vom 22. bis 24. Februar hat Growermetal auf der Fastener Fair Stuttgart ausgestellt und konnte sich auch dieses Mal über ein gelungenes Ergebnis freuen!

Das Forschungs- & Entwicklungslabor von Growermetal hat eine anspruchsvolle Testmaschine für die Simulation des Verhaltens von Verbindungselementen bei Vibrationen und dynamischen Belastungen (Junker Testmaschine) erworben, damit unsere Techniker die Produktleistungen kontinuierlich verbessern können.
- Neue Mechanische Verzinkung MACUGUARD LM
Die neue Beschichtung MacuGuard LM von MacDermid® ist eine einzige Schicht einer Zink + Aluminium-Legierung, die Growermetal auf Verbindungselemente mit Hilfe des Prozesses der mechanischen Verzinkung auftragen kann.
- Zinklad 250M
Growermetals Abteilung für Mechanische Verzinkung wurde von MacDermid für die Zinklad 250M Beschichtung qualifiziert, und als zertifizierter Behandler der Beschichtung Zinklad 250M eingetragen.
