Thanks to 60 years of experience and continuous investments in technology and human resources, Growermetal is able to offer a complete range of high quality products:
spring washers, flat washers, tooth washers, corrugated and convex washers, conical washers, contact washers, conical safety washers, conical Sperrkant washers and electric terminal contacts in several materials as carbon steel, stainless steel, iron, phosphor bronze, silicon bronze, aluminium, and numerous other special alloys.
The production range includes blanked parts according to customer’s specifications and wire products, such as spring washers for railway tracks.
Growermetal’s entire product range can be provided with a wide variety of Cr6 free-Rohs compliant surface coatings such as electrolytic zinc plating, mechanical zinc plating, zinc-nickel coating, Geomet®, Delta Protekt®, copper plating, nickel plating, phosphating and many others. Since 2009 with the opening of the Growermetal’s Mechanical Zinc Plating Division, the complete mechanical zinc plating process is performed internally in a new and modern plant, both for its product range and also on behalf of a third party.
Growermetal’s manufacturing and distributing processes are certified ISO/TS 16949, UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 14001. |

- Fastener Fair Hannover 24-26/04/2012
From the 24th to 26th April Growermetal attended the Fastener Fair in Hannover.
- MIDEST 2011, Paris Nord Villepinte
From the 15th to the 18th of November Growermetal attended the Midest show in Paris and that was a great success!
- Fastener Fair Brasil 2011, San Paolo
From November 08th to November 09th Growermetal took the opportunity and attended the first Edition of the Fastener Fair Brazil in São Paulo.
- ISO TS 16949
Growermetal’s Quality Management System has recently obtained the important certification according to ISO/TS 16949 standard for the automotive industry.
- New photovoltaic power plant
Since April 2011 the photovoltaic power plant installed on the roof of the warehouse building has been put into service. This solar power plant allows to produce clean energy and to reduce the CO2 emissions.
- Stuttgart Fastener Fair 2011
From the 22nd to the 24th of February Growermetal attended the Fastener Fair in Stuttgart and won a great success!
- Grower Twin-Lock® securing system
Growermetal introduces its Grower Twin-Lock® securing system that ensures exceptional performances in the presence of vibrations or dynamic loads.
- New Junker test machine from January 2011
The Research & Development laboratory of Growermetal has been provided by a sophisticated test machine that is able to simulate the behavior of fasteners in the presence of vibrations and dynamic loads (Junker test machine), in order to allow the engineers to continually improve the performances of the products.
- New Mechanical Zinc Plating MACUGUARD LM
The new coating MacuGuard LM by MacDermid® is a single deposit of a zinc-aluminium alloy that Growermetal is able to lay on steel fasteners through the mechanical plating process.
- Zinklad 250M
Growermetal’s Mechanical Zinc Plating Division has been recently qualified by MacDermid as approved Zinklad plater for the Zinklad 250M treatment.
- Conical washers Sperrkant
As a completion of its range of products, Growermetal also offers the Conical Washers "Sperrkant".
