Operator for assembling / maintaining blanking tools
The candidate should have good experience in assembling/maintaining blanking tools

Sales assistant
The candidate will work in the sales department mostly in relationship with customers from Italy and abroad on orders management (with calls or e-mails).
Skills required:

Human Resource Administration and Management
The candidate should coordinate the procedures and activities of the human resources (white and blue collars) administration. At the beginning we offer a part-time contract with a possible future extension to a permanent contract.
Main activities:
- management of employment contracts (hiring, stoppage, etc.)
- administrative tasks of the 770 model
- certifications for the CUD model
- management and control of social security forms
- analysis and controlling of labor costs
- management of TFR (end-of-service pay-out) and individual retirement accounts
- management of job offers
- management of candidates database
Skills required
- accountancy degree
- absolute discretion and reliability
- acquired experiences in human resources management

Du 24 au 26 Avril, Growermetal a participé au salon du “Fastener” à Hanovre.
- MIDEST 2011, Paris Nord Villepinte
Du 15 au 18 Novembre, Growermetal a participé au salon Midest à Paris Villepinte et a obtenu un bon succès!
- Fastener Fair Brasil 2011, San Paolo
Cette année Growermetal a saisi l’occasion, pour participer à la première édition de la Fastener Fair Brazil du 08 au 09 Novembre 2011 à San Paolo.
- ISO TS 16949
Le système de Gestion de la Qualité de Growermetal a récemment obtenu la prestigieuse certification d’après la norme ISO/TS 16949 pour le secteur automotive.
- Nouvelle installation photovoltaique
En Avril 2010, Growermetal a investit dans les panneaux photovoltaïques installés sur le toit du secteur «Production» de l’usine permettant de produire une énergie renouvelable et réduisant l’émission de CO2 dans l’atmosphère.

Growermetal présente le système de fixation Grower Twin-Lock® aux exceptionnelles performances en présence de vibrations ou charges dynamiques.
- Nouvelle Junker test machine a partir de Janvier 2011
Le laboratoire de Recherche et Développement de Growermetal s’est doté d’une machine d’essai extrêmement performante, en mesure de simuler le comportement des systèmes de fixation en présence de vibrations et charges dynamiques (Junker test machine), pour permettre aux propres techniciens , l’amélioration continue de la performance des produits réalisés.
- Nouveau Zingage Mécanique MACUGUARD
La nouvelle protection anticorrosion MacGuard LM de MacDermid® est un alliage de zinc-aluminium que Growermetal est en mesure d'appliquer sur les fastener par un procédé de galvanisation mécanique.
- Zinklad 250M
Pour la division Zingage Mécanique, Growermetal a obtenu récemment la qualification de MacDermid et, est reconnu site homologué pour l’application du Zinklad 250M.
