Operator for assembling / maintaining blanking tools
The candidate should have good experience in assembling/maintaining blanking tools
Knowledge of technical drawing required
Knowledge of parallel grinding machine and lathe required

Sales assistant
The candidate will work in the sales department mostly in relationship with customers from Italy and abroad on orders management (with calls or e-mails).
Skills required:
- bachelor in Languages
- very good language skills in English and German (both oral and written)
- very good knowledge of IT-systems and Office package
- good organizing skills
- willingness and flexibility
Human Resource Administration and Management
The candidate should coordinate the procedures and activities of the human resources (white and blue collars) administration. At the beginning we offer a part-time contract with a possible future extension to a permanent contract.
Main activities:
- management of employment contracts (hiring, stoppage, etc.)
- administrative tasks of the 770 model
- certifications for the CUD model
- management and control of social security forms
- analysis and controlling of labor costs
- management of TFR (end-of-service pay-out) and individual retirement accounts
- management of job offers
- management of candidates database
Skills required
- accountancy degree
- absolute discretion and reliability
- acquired experiences in human resources management
- good knowledge of the main IT-system Office packages
- problem solving skills

From the 24th to 26th April Growermetal attended the Fastener Fair in Hannover.
- MIDEST 2011, Paris Nord Villepinte
From the 15th to the 18th of November Growermetal attended the Midest show in Paris and that was a great success!

O sistema de Gestão da Qualidade da Growermetal recentemente obteve uma prestigiada certificação, de acordo às especificações ISO/TS 16949, para o setor automotivo.
- Novo sistema fotovoltaico
No mês de Abril de 2011, começou a operar o sistema fotovoltaico instalado no teto de galpões produtivos. Esse equipamento permite produzir energia limpa, além de reduzir as emissões de CO2 na atmosfera.

- Nova máquina para teste de Junker desde Janeiro 2011
O laboratório de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento da Growermetal adquiriu uma máquina sofisticada de teste, capaz de simular o comportamento dos sistemas de fixação na presença de vibrações e cargas dinâmicas (Junker test machine), para que os próprios técnicos consigam um melhoramento contínuo nas performances das peças produzidas.
- Nova Zincagem Mecânica MACUGUARD LM
O novo tratamento superficial MacuGuard LM, da MacDermid®, é uma liga de zinco-alumínio que a Growermetal está apta a aplicar nos fixadores, por meio de um processo de zincagem mecânica.

O setor de Zincagem Mecânica da Growermetal foi qualificado recentemente pela MacDermid. Assim, a Growermetal foi incluída entre as empresas homologadas para execução do tratamento Zinklad 250M.
